All guys today I find another idea trick 

which work in 3g also.

Step 1:

1st download pd-proxy 2.0 5 from there official site.

Step 2:

Then register and login pd-proxy and go to advance settings and change port to 53 and back again and connect with ICMP server thenit will be connected successfully.
