Step1. For safty 1st activate rs.5 plan. By dialing *444*5#. Otherwise only 10 paise cut on ur main balance.
Step2. Apn- portalnmms, ip-10.10.1.100 , port 9401
step3. Use opera mini handler. I m using 5!
Step4. In handler setting. Here is Trick.
use backquery ?10.11.233.29
now u can use for free.

1. 100 percent working in haryana!

2. Don't say nt working, 1st test ..

3. Dont ask for ss bcuz i m using in s40.

4. Tested- downloaded 70mb. N cuts only 50 kb.
