OnePlus 2 gets Oxygen OS 2.1.0 update, brings RAW support for third-party camera apps
OnePlus has initiated the roll out of Oxygen OS 2.1.0 OTA update for the OnePlus 2. The company promised the users with this update a month ago and today, it finally pushed it. The update is being rolled out globally, and it is 39MB in size.The update 2.1.0 is going to get a variety of features and fixes on board, which includes Exchange support, functional improvements, a manual mode for the camera. It also brings along RAW support for third-party camera apps, although many users have reported that it is still not supporting it fully. Following the complaints regarding RAW support, OnePlus has affirmed users that it will try to fix the issue soon.
Moreover, the update also aims to fix the Telephony service issue, which used to cause lag while turning on/off Airplane mode. OnePlus 2 received the Oxygen OS 2.0 OTA update last month, which brought improvement fixes for fingerprint recognition.
