BSNL reduce call rates to 45p/min using STV starting June 4

BSNL has now reduced call rates on both STVs to 45p/min per minute plan subscribers.

BSNL has also reduced cost of STV 54 to 42 and validity has been reduced to 28 days from existing 45 days. Both STVs now offer reduced call rates of 45p/min Local/STD for per minute plan subscribers and 0.8p/sec Local/STD for per seconds plan subscribers. The new STV 42 comes with validity of 28 days while STV 88 offer 90 days validity.

By reducing the call rate to 45p/min, BSNL is making the STV more attractive for per minute plan subscribers. The reduced call rates will not be applicable on roaming. The new tariff will be implemented with effect from  04-06-2015.
