Pull IPs with Cain & Able

Difficulty: Easy

Your Xbox and PC should be connected to the internet through the same router for this.

Disable Anti-virus and Windows Firewall

Windows 7
Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Customize Settings

Download, Install, and Run

Download Cain & Able by clicking THIS

• Use the second link to download.
• Click save to download.
• Run the set up and install the WinPcap 4.1.2 adapter.
• After you are finished, right-click the Cain & Able shortcut on the desktop and 'Run as administrator'
  

Configurations

• Click the sniffer 'button' at top left.
• Select the one that says 192.168.*.*
• Click Apply, then click ok.
  

Scan MAC addresses for Hosts on the network

• Click the Sniffer 'tab' and the sniffer 'button'.
• Make sure everything looks how I have it here.
• Click the blue cross and click ok to scan for hosts.
  

Now you should atleast see your router and Microsoft.

APR Poison Routing

• Now click the APR tab at the bottom.
• Click and drag inside the top grid and let go.
• Click the blue cross.
  

• Click 192.168.1.1 (router IP) on the left side
• Click 192.168.1.118 (Microsoft) on the right side
  

Show Time
Click the yellow nuke looking icon to start the APR and you are now pulling IPs. :)

This is my first tutorial and I hope it helps some newer members here that want to learn to use Cain and Able for this purpose.
